Admission and enrollment

L.UN.A has organized an innovative plan of studies divided into complementary modules through which you can organize a didactic ad hoc route specifically orientated to the professional objective that you desire.

L.UN.A. has implemented:

Basic Courses of three years designed for the realisation of a complete training of professionals in the following creative sectors: design, fashion design, communication&marketing.

Special Courses, that can be planned ad hoc according to any student’s needs, such as technical and cultural updating, use of specific software for the industrial and interior design, creation of web sites, cultural deepening in the communication&marketing.

Master Courses, able to provide students, who are already experienced or who already possess a specific university formation, with a professional deepening thanks to the help of notorious professors and to a plan of studies diversified in precise professional figures such as industrial designer, interior designer, fashion designer, creative communicator, brand manager, video maker and webdesigner.

During the academic year L.UN.A. offers its students, both Italian and international, a series of Utilities aimed at filling the students’ possible formative gaps concerning drawing skills, computer knowledge, Italian and English.

ORIENTATION

L.UN.A. organizes for each student an orientation interview with professors able to recommend the proper didactic route to follow according to the student’s resources, competencies and ambitions. L.UN.A. also informs in details about the possible professional outlets of today and tomorrow and about the corresponding role-competencies required. During the orientation interviews prospective students’ works or portfolios can be shown, especially in case students have already attended another art or design school.

Requirements

To attend the courses of L.UN.A. the following requirements are necessary:

Basic Courses
- Presentation of High School diplomas or equivalent documentation (for international students)
- presentation of a letter of recommendation from the attended High School or from known professionals (for international students)
- good knowledge of Italian

Special Courses
- presentation of your education diplomas or professional experience

Master Courses
- presentation of your University degree or equivalent international documentation
- presentation of a letter of recommendation from your professors or from your employers
- presentation of your own portfolio or slide show containing at least 10/12 images showing your works
- good knowledge of Italian or English

ENROLLMENT TERMS

Admission forms must be presented at the latest one month before the beginning of the course. You just need to send via fax, mail or e-mail the enrollment form here attached.

When must the enrollment fee and the tuition fee be paid?
Once the orientation interview is made, the enrollment fee must be paid upon receipt of the admission confirmation from L.UN.A.
The tuition fee must be paid in two instalments: the first one before the beginning of the lessons; the second one within the end of January.

Reimbursements

The tuition fees are reimbursable in the following cases and specific modalities:
- cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the courses: 100% reimbursement;
- cancellation 5 days before the beginning of the courses: 80% reimbursement.

Scholarships
Trustworthy and praiseworthy students may be offered scholarships and subsidized loans. The modalities to apply and the number of scholarships available vary each year and will be illustrated during the initial orientation interviews.
