 The STUDENTS OFFICE is open to the public from 10 am to noon from Monday to Friday.
Everything necessary to normal student activity is available through the intranet server named Lunanet where it is possible to consult:
- lesson schedules updated in real time which, in addition to normal lectures, includes, various appointments in laboratory activities, project workshops, examination sessions, events, visiting lecturers and all other commitments divided per course year and curriculum; further to consulting the schedule in php format through selecting “schedule” from the menu in Lunanet, it is also possible for those with Iphones to use LUNA SCHEDULE FOR IPHONE
- for handing in papers on line, visualising teacher briefings and acquiring didactic material in electronic format (lecture notes, texts, sample papers, collections of images, archives dedicated to each subject)
- archives and bibliographic files
- research material supplied by Centro Ricerche Luna
and lots more.

The STAFF OFFICE coordinates teaching activities and supports professors in their lessons and laboratories by providing any necessary didactic or technical tools. Any equipment, materials, software to be used during courses must be agreed by each professor with the office prior to the start of scheduled courses. New professors must send their CV to the office email address.
Exchange of documents between teaching staff and students may only occur through the LUNANET server, as prescribed by the didactic organisation, except for examinations for which physical presence is required, materials pertaining to tests and papers to be completed should be handed into the office so if specific briefing containing illustrative text is necessary it may be activated, any attachments, the relative year and course and the deadline date.
Each member of staff has his/her own personal password with which, following prior agreements with the office,independant activation of a briefing is possible,in addition to controlling student consignment. Lunanet is available both within L.UN.A. and comfortably via web from home or private office. Connection in L.UN.A. is advisable through FileMaker Pro, which is available on L.UN.A. computers, whilst from home a simple click on the link on this page, preferably using Explorer or Safari, is enough.

Materials, software, images, texts and anything else made available on this server may be consulted unless password protected. Software is generally protected by GDL license, L.UN.A. may not be held responsible in any way for improper use of any non- open source software utilised by students or teachers if it has not given explicit approval.
